If the eyes have no tears the soul has no rainbow

When lucky numbers in the rainbow end,

bad luck is my only friend.

How is it that everytime undeniable strokes of good luck occur, people tend to see purpose in it, thinking it has a higher meaning whereas when something unfortunate happens people are quick to feel they are doomed with bad luck? The truth is that cognitive biases make this possible and it seems as though the fine line between the two is thin, just as with other opposing superlatives. See, if you believe and dream it, then you can achieve it!

The 'soul' or our 'inner self' has resources we cannot even begin to fathom or imagine. It has the ability to lead us to the people and circumstances to help us succeed, heal, and overcome obstacles.

Because if you think it, want it, dream it, then it's real. You are what you feel.

The fruit of your loins

Here is a piece of an extraordinary speech that lies close to my heart and was held by a very special teacher, friend and supporter; Khashayar Kashefi.

"...For me, it has somehow taken to be a love story and during very few moments I will regret that I started this, my relationship to you.
Sometimes I wake up in the morning, wondering if I was the right one for you... Sometimes I have to shake myself up and understand that you were the right one for me..."

You are the best parent I never had, you are a hero. Without you, I would not even be able to argue for the harmonium in my heart.

You don't need to be helped any longer.
You've always had the power to reach the stars.
l have? Then why didn't you tell me before?

What have you learned?

l think that if l ever go looking for my heart's desire again, l won't look any further than my own back yard. Because if it isn't there, l never really lost it to begin with.

A finer temptress

The mind of a finer tempress is surreal sometimes even beautiful,

but the nightmare is always lurking in the shadows of darkness,

waiting to come out and reveal its multiple personalities.

Carelessness

Parenting is Not a job! You cannot treat a child as if they are in the way all the time, ignore them when they need to talk, or make them feel as if their feelings are not important.

Who says I'm in one piece?

- You're the most normal person I know.

Normal??

You know, everybody tells me to go

I'm what went wrong in your life.

I'm what you struggled to survive.

You had to know that you wrote a book about it.

I'm just incredibly screwed up,

and just so we're real clear about this,

I blame you.

The Virtue of Vanity

"Virtue would not go to such lengths,
if vanity did not keep her company"

Initially, it may seem as though people oppose vanity, however the approach whimsically changes as, clearly, behaviour speaks louder than words. Fire or Ice, thinking or feeling, life is a stage performance where being an ablaze and vibrant 'femme fatale a la amour propre' is no longer a sin, but rather a blessing.

Timers turn colored leaves

Timers turn colored leaves,

as the sun she falls.

All the birds d o tweek,

Though some spread their wings

while others never peak.

Thus, their lives remain bleak.

Follow your dream

Wear your heart on your sleeve,

Exuberance for everyone to see.
Strive for that dream to achieve,

You will be what you want to be.
Some will firmly always disbelieve,

So work towards it for and be set free.
