A sparkling Fourth of July

Its a Star-Spangled kind of day.

Diamonds In The Dark,

Diamonds in the sky,

Every heart beats true,

For the Red, White and Blue.

Fireworks fun,

Fireworks frenzy,

A high flying flag,

Far up in the blue.

Oh say you can see,

All stars, stripes and smiles.

For Hip Hip Hooray,

It's Independence Day.

The land of the free ,

And home of the brave.

America, America!

My soul and my heart.

Oh American spirit,

The land that I Love.

Faithful dreams do not drown

In a godforsaken town,
Where dreams are set to drown.
Unlawful and full of theft,
Yet there we were placed and left.
Sometimes It gets lonesome,
For it is roofless and loathsome.
I don't stay below most water,
For I am blessed to be a daughter.
And always with me is my sacred love,
Sent from heaven up above.

A Sun set to rise

Live by the sun,
Love by the moon.

The Sun loves Earth,
As the Moon loves the Sun.
So when the night slowly wraps us,
The moon appears between the sun and earth.
In a dark embrace the sun begins to wander and dream.
As she ~set the stars rare beauty will lit up her sky until her ~rise comes again.

The wind blows free

I wish three times,
Watch them fly,
As far as my eyes can see.
Some day a fairy wind will blow
My wishes back to me!

Flying dreams

Dancing leaves,
They swing and sway,
Around, around
Till they touch the ground.
Until the branches
All are bare.
Then winter's frost,
Completes the show.
And dancing leaves
Are covered with snow.

Growth of the rose

When the night is too lonely
and the road has been too long,
and you think that love is only,
for the lucky and the strong...

Just remember in the winter,
far beneath the bitter snows,
lies the seed that with the sun's love,
in the spring...

~ becomes the rose ~

Love is life

Love can never grow old,
Locks may lose their brown and gold,
Cheeks may fade and hollow grow,
But the hearts that love will know,
Never winter's frost and chill,
Summer's warmth is in them still.

The Fox and the Grapes

The fox who longed for grapes, beholds with pain
The tempting clusters were too high to gain;
Grieved in his heart he forced a careless smile,
And cried ,‘They’re sharp and hardly worth my while'.

I know my love can be heard

Every breeze that blows
brings your scent to me;
Every bird that sings
calls out your name to me;
Every dream that appears
brings your face to me;
Every glance at your face
has left its trace with me.

Harmonizing me

She adored him so passionately,
He was so godlike in her eyes;
and being, though untrained, instinctively refined,
her nature cried for his tutelary guidance.

Echoes of psychoanalysis

Taker of innly symbolism,
Defiler of my deepest secrets,
Reflect my life back at me,
Lift the unopened lid,
Unpack my heart of woes,
And retie my awry bows.

Remove the meanders of wail,
Moon lit mysteries of the mind,
Rooted in lady shaddow of lows,
You fight for me like no other,
Caringly to ocean-watch me sail.

The eloquence of woodpeckers

Woodpeckers of mistrust
spreading hazy dark dust,
in mist, hollow, delight,
I must not let them,
stray blossoms so bright

Moments of escapism

A spiral wind to end nowhere,
Keeps me swirling since I do not dare.
When happy cherub faces sting,
Feathers and tears fall down my wing.
Yet always kept in steady a hold,
Thus, escaping the chevy cold.

Childhood is the most beautiful season

Life is a dream full of treasures,
When little things become big pleasures.
If ever needed a free saviour's wing,
Kind angels; protect, smile and sing.
Thus the child in you can freely run,
Like warmth from the bright summer sun.

The bittersweet life

Don't ever give up
if you still want to try.
Don't ever wipe your tears
if you still want to cry.
Don't ever settle for an answer
if you still want to know.
Don't ever say you don't love
if you can't let go.

Life is a great school and teaches us lessons that could never be learned, by the soul, in any other way. We come here to experience both love and loss. Whatever is sweet in its happening, will be bitter when it ends or changes. Sadly, this is the reality that many people settle for, without a single thought on mounting it, when it is the steps you take afterwards that are the ones that determine what it turns into. That is what being courageous is; Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to move forward despite fear.

Fighting the unbeatable foe

To fight the unbeatable foe
To run where the brave dare not go
To love pure and chaste from afar
To reach the unreachable star

We are all storytellers, that is what we are all here for.
Through flickering lights, sometimes one can get to talk to millions of people at a time, if one is lucky enough. But I would have done it on the back of a wagon in Shakespeare's times too.
I would have been in the wagon that is mentioned in Hamlet.

When you grow up in a suburb, a dream like mine may seem vagely ludacris and completely unobtainable but it is directly connected with those childhood imaginings, and for anybody who is on the downside of advantage relying purely on courage;
- it's possible.

Timers turn colored leaves

Timers turn colored leaves,
as the sun she falls.
All the birds d o tweek,
Though some spread their wings
while others never peak.
Thus, their lives remain bleak.

Follow your dream

Wear your heart on your sleeve,
Exuberance for everyone to see.
Strive for that dream to achieve,
You will be what you want to be.
Some will firmly always disbelieve,
So work towards it for and be set free.

Hold onto my wings

Pegasus horses are shy, flying horses, who live alone on lonesome mountain peaks and feed from intact grasslands. Only friendly people are lucky enough to find one and if they succeed in taming a Pegasus they will have a very faithful companion for life. They are snow-white or pitch-black horses with significant bird-like wings seated behind their neck.
It is said that Pegasus threw off a horse-rider who tried to use him in order to reach the skies. Pegasus sensed hubris and had the horse-rider fall down to earth while he himself flew to the skies and attained fortune. So what I am trying to say is that symbolically, I am up against a handful of pitch-black horses as well.

Not for cynical people: The Hollies - Pegasus

Dancing by night, dying by day.

Poisonous gardens, lethal and sweet
Choleric fruit, deadly to eat.
Violet nightshades, innocent bloom
Cautiously wait, hungrily loom.
Lemonous petals, dissident play
Dancing by night, dying by day.
